However, things are different this year and the uncertainty still prevails. In these troubled times spreading smiles and providing opportunities to families to have a good time is a difficult task. Zaitoon New Lahore City Fun Fair was scheduled on 18th, 19th and 20th December 2020. The event was an open to all families event with free entry. Rafi-Peer and Zaitoon put their heart out and arranged a three-day gala which had food stalls, stalls of handicrafts, home-made items and many more. The sole purpose of this funfair was to provide people an outlet to come and enjoy and break the monotony and stress that had been built-up for the last many months. The major target audience was women who have been home bound and kids who have been forced to learn new ways of being contained within the four walls of their homes due to the fear of contracting the virus. FunFair started at 10:00 a.m. every-day and ended at 7:00 p.m. The FunFair had a lot of activities for kids such as mini-circus, juggling show, magic show, story-telling, puppet show etc. the evenings were filled with entertaining performances by leading singers. Attendees of the event were also given surprise gifts via lucky draw. Five surprise gifts were given away to the winners on all three days via a lucky draw held on stage. Attendees could easily enter the lucky draw by visiting the check-in counter placed at the entrance of the FunFair. Other attractions for kids included games, comedy shows, jumping castles and swings. The amazing event was organized in the master development of Zaitoon i.e. New Lahore City, which is a beautifully planned and fully delivered and developed housing society on Main Canal Bank Road of Lahore. Thousands of people attended the FunFair in three days and were really happy to have this opportunity and also expressed how pleased they were being in the international standard development of New Lahore City.
